great service good quality ...........i have an older system and the filters are too thick its not the filter its the grille in the return .......the grille has to be adjusted somehow to accomidate the filter .....the grille door closes inside other than that i am very happy with the filter perfect fit,great quality, and exceptional custer service........keep up the good work ..........nice to know there is a company like yours

They are advertise for the April Aire 2400 replacement. The filter is not tight and air can go around it defeating the purpose of the air filter. I had to put pipe insulation on top of the filter to fill in the gap and duct tape it to get an airtight seal.
