Incredibly expensive to ship back. Do not recommend. Buy your filters local when you can. Mistakes happen. Company is incredibly inflexible.

I am never without Quality Filters

My filters are replaced once every three months. I buy 4 at a time. I get a new set every year just before I pull the last filter from the furnace. It is practically automated.

filter is a loose fit in my heat pump, i expected them to fit like the Honeywell that the unit came with but your filters are somewhat smaller and the fit in the unit isnt as tight as with the more costly Honeywell. Im hoping the function is okay but one has to be careful to install the filter otherwise it slips out of position. not that impressed by your product, bought 4 so in a year I will re-evaluate your product to see if re-order or new supplier is better.
