Hi, the filters are not 4 inches. I will try and send pictures It's over 30 days but I didn't need to replace until now. How do I return or exchange?

Purchasing filters is certainly helpful if you struggle to remember the time to replace and the size of the filters. It is so simple to open a closet and grab a filter to replace each time the filter needs replacing. You do not have to remember to pick one up when you go to the store and then figure out if the size that you thought it was was the right size after returning home. Easy!
