The filter is fine. Your website to order and purchase your product needs work. I had selected the MERV 13 filter but when I checked out it charged me for MERV 11.

I wish I had found this site years ago! We've been in our house for almost 11 years and finally have a good quality filter that fits perfectly with our system! We signed up for a subscription and will never go back to the big box stores for these.

The filters were a good fit. For once I didn't have to force the filter into the housing frame. Good quality filters. Traps dust really well.
