To tried the custom fit filter but it would not fit my air filter. BUT that was the closet to the size I need ed. . I am very unhappy I could not use you filters.

Poor boxing

While the products seems fine, there is much room for improvement in the boxing of the filters. In truth it makes the company look unprofessional. We received two big "boxes" which were actually to boxes each stacked on each other. Inside the filters (3 per box) were placed diagonally inside rather than fitting along a box edge - basically the filters didn't fit the size of the box. As a result we got two huge boxes for 6 filters. Perhaps by jamming them in diagonally the company saved on cushioning materials but I have never seen this approach before. Again seemed both wasteful and unprofessional. Could be a supply chain issue but the size of the filters seem very standard

These are air filters! Why do they have an odor? I dont want that smell circulating through my house and polluting my home. Called support. They were supposed to call me back. So far no call Im aware of.

The sizes fit perfectly &

The sizes fit perfectly & they work well. I dropped one star due to the color. Our units are inside the walls & the blue color doesn't look very attractive since they can be seen. I wish you would go back to the white color.
