I have always had a washable filter so I was not thrilled in one that you used for 6 months and through away; but this has exceeded my expatiation. It has been in about 3 months now and is a grey color so it must be stopping some of the oily black that is all over the upstairs (ruined drapes and curtains, also all over the rugs and everything else in the rooms.) If you have this type of problem might want to give this filter a try.

replacement filter

The filters are a good buy, but there's a funny extra cardboard "topping" on part of the top of the filter which does not allow it to fit unless I cut it off. This does not seem to compromise the body of the filter or its effectiveness, but I wonder why it's there. It was not on our original filters.

Great service

I bought these filters in preparation for the heavy use of my AC system. Summers are brutal in Texas and wanted to make sure I hade clean filters. The filters were easy to purchase, great selection and they arrived promptly. I would have have given 5 stars but the filters arrived a bit bent. I suspect this happened in transit. NOTHING major...just had to straighten them up a bit. I will buy filters from you again.
