Filter problem

This filter doesnt fit even though it is the same size as the one I took out and replaced with yours. I had to cram it into the space. I bought two of them. Can I return one or both?

I purchased for my brother as he has no means of buying anything online. So youd have to ask him. As far as your online process, it was easy and convenient. Thanks Jimmy LaClair
