I have been using Filter Buy filters for several years. They have always been well made; they are accurately sized; they give better air flow. Immediately after I installed the first one in the air return grille, my wife said, Wow, thats much quieter.

The filter is labeled as a size 20x20x5 but it is too big for my unit.

I got it in a very timely manner. As I had a service check scheduled soon after I got it, he installed it. I don't really know how it works.
