Great filter

Bought for my Lennox furnace. Sturdy, good quality. My only gripe is there is no tab on the end to remove it from the furnace. Just a small half moon cut to pull out on the cardboard would make it easier to remove.

My Error

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I emailed about returning the wrong size back and getting the correct size, I was made to feel like the most ignorant person around. After emailing back and forth for over two weeks and thinking I was finally going to get it straightened out, they dropped the communication and Im still stuck with these expensive filters that are the wrong size.again that was a typing error on my endI just wanted the correct size.

Do not fit

These filters are not sized correctly. We cannot place cover back on after inserting filter. Ordered 20x25x5 as recommended but they are too wide and cover will not fit.
