Your web site is too hard to use. I did everything I could to make the website work for me. 20x20x5 for Honeywell. You sent me 20x25x5 for Honeywell. Never again.

When I ordered the filters

When I ordered the filters 16/ 25/15 I did not see the actual size as apparently you have different actual sizes so I had to reorder and was charged more then I originally paid which I think is not right. The gal on the phone was very polite but still dont think I should have been charged more.

the right filter

Yes, finally the right size filter. Filterbuy does it right. They show the generic size and then display the actual dimensions of the Varias filters for that generic size.I have a name brand system, not a Lennox, But the filter box fits the Lennox style filter. Go figure.Thank you and keep up the good work.

The filters came quickly. They do not fit as tight in the filter box as the prior brands I have purchased. Hopefully they do the job.
