I sent a notice to your company including a picture. Some female insisted that yall go by measurements! Like I made the mistake! And didnt pull out my tape measure. Turned me right off.

The filter is slightly larger than the ones I normally use. I thought they would work. I was wrong. I need to pay to send them back. I I probably wont.

I ordered 4 20x25x5 filters. They are 6 month filters so good for 2 years and saved money from buying at a local retailer. They came super fast and seem to be good quality. Happy with my purchase and would recommend

This filter doesnt fit even though it is the same size as the one I took out and replaced with yours. I had to cram it into the space. I bought two of them. Can I return one or both?
