The frame in which the filter fits is tight. Your filters have no "pull tabs" to make it easy to remove them from the frame.

I ordered filters that were 20 x 20 x 5 and they are not they will not fit in my air conditioner. I need to return them!

Paper tabs are loose in filter

Series of paper tabs that seem intended to be glued to sides of filter are loose. They seem likely to impede airflow, so i will probably glue them back, tedious as it is. Poor quality control.

Maybe a little too soon

My filters came undamaged in a cardboard box. Each was stylishly wrapped in colorful plastic, to stay clean and fresh until I need them. Ill need to install the first of them sometime this fall. Ill get back to you.
