My 20x20x5 filter was more like 20x20x4. Double check your check the sizes and their filters actual sizes

Your web site led me

Your web site led me to believe the filters were from Carrier. You even had their model number and if it said "equivalent", it was not obvious. The filters are your own brand. They might be fine but I felt misled.
