half of my package was crushed by Fed ex. box looks like very heavy box was put on top of it. I don't how they are going to work because they will not fit properly, and center is crushed where air flows

Filters were 14x25x2 MERV 13 Pleated. I called my AC installer and he said they will be fine.

Some makes of 14x24x1 filters are slightly too big for my system. These filters fit my system perfectly. As far as quality, they seem as good a other brands.
