Not like you used to be

The frames are more flimsy than they used to be. They are slightly under sized and dont fit snugly in the filter box. One of the filters was bigger in size by design than the other three in the shipment. They rolled over the bigger filter to fit in the box. Not the company I remember working with

NO I bought 14x22x1 MERV 8 Custom Filter, everything works great exact fit although I don't see why there consider a custom fit

When it says 16x20x4, why isn't it that size? I bought these to replace a Honeywell 16x20x4 and there seems to be noticeable difference in size. I will not be ordering these again.
