Every article I read on these filters said they were perfect fit for size. Revived mine in the mail and they were way to small. And then I went to return them and they told me they dont take them back throw them out. What a waste.

Although I ordered 16x25x1(marked in large print on package frame) in small print actual size marked was 1/2 inch smaller all around. Too small filter is useless. You engaged in willful deception. When I called to request a packing slip to return the misfitting filters, I was told to donate them or throw out.I have since got a filter that fits from a reputable company. Stop contacting me or my next step is the BBB.

I have always purchased pleated

I have always purchased pleated filters by the case checking various stores for the best price. Now that I have become aware of the merv ratings of filters, I now only purchase those filters with the highest merv ratings because of dog fur and dander which is put into the air. Not all stores carry the 13 merv rating filters. Easier and more convenient to order directly from this company.
