I had to call to see why the sizing didnt match what I ordered even though the numbers matched. I live in Oregon an the smoke needs to be filter so I can breathe better. The person was very nice an is sending more filters an said I wont be charged an to donate the others charitable place.

The advertised size listed the L&W as 5/8" shorter than the listed size. The filter works but I have to bend the housing tabs in all the way. Then it still fits loose and moves when the unit powers off/on. Not a big deal, just the gap is a bit too large. Think I'll stick with my previous brand next time.

Good price for high quality MERV13 filters. I opt'd for the subscription plan, receiving two sets of filters once a year so I can change out every six months. Convenient.

Ordered 4 filters during the Oregon fires and got them within a week, but after the smoke had cleared. My house wasnt too smoky but I put in one of the new filters and the air seems perfectly clear now. Very happy with these so far and theyre considerably less expensive than the brand I was buying before.

It took longer than I thought to get here but it arrived one day earlier than the e.mail said. The best thing about this filter is that it fits easily into the opening. All the other brands have to be horseshoed into place. With all the fires we have regularly in California this has the highest level of filtering .....................
