This is a high quality filter with no gimmicks. We live in fire country in Northern California. Product availability can be a problem when there is smoke everywhere within 100 miles. Filterbuy delivers. The big box stores always have shortages.

online it said i needed 16"x25"x3" but when i got them and went to put it in the opening only takes 2" not 3" can i return them and get 2" instead ?

The filters were not the correct size. They were about an inch narrower than other brands that are 20x25x4. The filters were both crushed to the point where we decided to simply throw them away. The pleats were literally flattened. Very, very disappointing.

Unit Failure

As I review my problems in my earlier emails on the failure of the unit. The unit had a poorly construction design and the side walls failed while entering the unit in furnace. The side of container unit hung up and by adding more pressure the side walls imploded in and the unit was hung up. It destroyed the unit in trying to remove it from the furnace. Sorry the unit look good, I tried to explain the root cause of failure in my earlier emails. I hope my analysis of the problem can help.
