I am happy with this

I am happy with this company and purchase the filters as needed for the year. They are accurate with the orders and ship them in a reasonable time frame so I do not run out. I am unable to tell how well they work but my system seems to be happy so far and this is the third year I believe that I am ordering them from this company. No complaints and every reason to be satisfied.

Product received bent

The filter was placed in a box that didnt quite fit correctly for the filter. As a result, a top portion of the filter was bent, found upon opening the box. I was able to bend it back enough to use the filter. But please next time, use a box that better fits the filter.

Good Price But

We have purchased by Filterbuy in the past, and always appreciated the price point. With these MERV 13 thick filters, we noticed that the spacing of the baffles is very irregular compared to what you would find in the Filtrete by Honeywell. The latter have cardboard spacers that Keep the baffles uniform. The Filterbuy product does not, and so they are either bunched up or too spaced out, which I am sure negatively affects the filtering and filter life.

I ordered these filters because the price was good but when I got them I was disappointed in the quality. The pleats are uniform. I hope it still does the job because I ordered three of them. Wish I could post a picture to show you what they looked like so you could make an informed decision.

Price was great, made in America was important to me, but the size is 1/2 inch smaller for length and width. I hope this does not impact the amount of dirty filter air getting through to the AC system.
