First try at new filters

Somewhat disappointed so far. The filters I received were not very well put together. The filter pleats were all crooked and need to be straightened. No big deal but then I noticed the ends were not even stapled/attached to the inside edge which would allow air to just pass through unfiltered. Don't really know what the next three will hold although I can also attest that the filter pleats are very much in disarray. Needs better quality inspection of completed product.

Actual size way smaller than other brands

I have used Honeywell in the furnace for many years and the 20x25x4 fits perfectly snug. Actual size of the Honeywell filter is a tiny bit smaller than the 20x25x4 specification. But the Filterbuy filters were so off the specification that air could flow around the filter. I returned it and they charged me to ship them back. I guess that's the price I had to pay for trying out this brand. Not impressed by the filters or the service.

Unfortunately they dont have that same fit as my name brand ones did. Which allows airflow to go around the filter instead of all the flow going through the filter as should. Particles will be able to escape around the filter and into my breathing air.

I usually use Honeywell, size 16x25x4. Your filters were ordered in that size but are smaller and not the quality of the Honeywell brand. I installed one and will use them but will not be a repeat customer. Your company sounds great and I wish you the best. Lucille Mosur
