I ordered 2 of these filters by mistake...my fault as I really needed the 5" wide ones. Filterbuy CS responded immediately to my email(!) and took care of my issue. Thank you again Filterbuy!

Received the filters fast but

Received the filters fast but the build quality is terrible, actually just plain crap. I order two 20x25x4 filters and both had basically the same issue. This means thats its not just one bad unit in a batch. The filter fabric was not attached to the side cardboard frame. Instead there was huge opening for air to go around the filter and bypass it. Seriously who puts these together? Preschoolers? Not made in USA quality. The pleated filter zigzag was not spread evenly, some bunched up and some spread thin, so some of filter will absorb more airflow than other sections. Take a look at the pictures they tell the story very well. I would not buy another filter and would not recommend it to anyone else.

confused by size

Filters ordered are a different size than the 20x20x4 filters I've been using. Waiting for maintenance on system to see if tech thinks they will work. If not , I will return. I had no idea that filters rated as 20x20x4 would be different sizes.

Less filter for more money

You reduced the number of pleats by 40% that reduces the amount of surface that filters out the particles. Less surface to filter means it needs to be changed more. Looks to me you are more worried about making a buck than producing a quality product.
