Buyer beware: the filters are listed as having a width of FOUR (4) inches, but theyre short-sized at THREE AND THREE-QUARTERS (3 3/4) inches.Dissatisfied.

First 20x20x4 filter Ive ever had not fit

I understand it shows actual size. However, for the 15 years Ive been buying filters, this is the first time Ive ever bought the size 20x20x4 and it DOES NOT FIT. But then I have to pay return because the filter size isnt as shown. Many other companies with accurate sizes!

The 16X25X4 filters were a bit smaller than the honey wells I used to buy (they fit my opening perfectly) I actually had to shim up filterbuys. I can't understand why filterbuys would be smaller than Honeywells.

Im so upset about this because I did not subscribe it. Number one in the number two is without my permission. You charge my card and send me the filters when I already have them so that was very disappointing.

Poor Packaging

The filters are fine. I am not sure what is going on with packaging but sending four filters without a box with cheap tape is a terrible idea. If this is the new plan for packaging I will be taking my business elsewhere. By the time my filters made it to me the cheap tape broke and the filters were all over the place. Thats a terrible way to cut costs.
