Not the best fit

Even though my air filter housing said a Merv 11 - 24x25x4 was the right size. The filter sent was only 3-3/4 wide. Im not sure it will function correctly with that gap. I made the mistake of buying two filters at once.

The last two filters purchased fit perfect. The size on the edge of the filter were the same as the two filters I returned but the new filters were larger

Ordering process not user friendly

These filters are really messed up and confusing. The size listed is not the real size so you have no idea what to order and the website doesn't make it easy either. Decided to go with a different company.

I noticed it is different than what I bought last time. Last time I bought Merv 13 Platinum... I did not realize. I don't know if there is a place to see previous orders but that would have been helpful. I guess these will work just as well.'I do like how it has arrows to help you insert correctly and the date location is also helpful.

Im not sure I can use the filters because they are smaller than I expected. You dont have the precise size, but my HVAC person recommended you, so I bought 3. Now I dont know if I should use them.
