Timely service and the filter fits. The initial impression was that the quality of construction is not as well made as others I have bought directly. Time will tell how it holds up.

They didn't fit, all measurements were off by 3/4 inch not a true 20x20x4 more like 19x19x3 1/4

I had to cut down the filter in order for it to fit my unit. The actual size is different than what you send me. I make it work but not sure I will be ordering them from you again.

Actual size is smaller than Honeywell filter. I had to put packing around it to fit.
