Filter smaller than advertised

Actual filter size was 19 5/8 not 20 inches as advertised, so leaves air space around the filter. Wont order from them again.

They're filters

They're fine. Fit my furnace. Seem a little flimsy, and the cardboard on a couple was a little squished, but they seem to be doing the job

Acceptable, but not great

The filters were poorly manufactured, with folds not evenly spaced. While in practical terms this is not important, it does not compare to the even spacing of a Honeywell filter. The depth of 3.5 inches however, does result in less filter area than the equivalent Honeywell. Overall, the cost is about on par with Honeywell filters purchased in bulk from a local store. I plan to check filtration efficiency shortly.

Not as neatly made as a Honeywell filter. Folds bunched to one side, not evenly spaced. Not as thick as the Honeywell equivalent. Considering cancelling automatic renewal order as there is little price difference.
