the 16 x 25 x 4 filter measured 15.5 x 24.5 x 3.5 it fit poorly in my unit, air could blow around it I am not sure why your filters are undersized. I replaced it with a Honeywell one which measures exactly as it should.

It fits, however it would be better if it was 5 inches thick in stead of 4 inches.

I bought a huge supple of filters for my furnace. They are great to have on hand so I don't have to keep remembering to buy them. FilterBuy was just the perfect supplier for me.

Purchase of hvac filters
on December 2, 2018

Purchased 6 20x20x4 and 6 20x25x4 hvac filters. Filters seem ok, but the dimensions were not what I ordered. They are smaller by an inch or so and fit loosely in the units. Hopefully the gaps are not a problem and they will still perform ok. Would have preferred the actual size I ordered..

They were in fair shape

They were in fair shape when I received them. 2 were bent on their corner but I was able to reshape them somewhat. Also, the "V" shaped part of all the filters were not evenly spaced apart so I did what I could do to spread them out evenly. It shouldn't have been my job to fix these new filters.

From the time that I purchased these filters to the time that they arrived at my home was very quick. They are well constructed and will last a long time in my furnace/ac unit.
