The filters consisted of two

The filters consisted of two different filters taped together. The size discrepancy created a gap that made them too small for my furnace, so air could go around them and bypass the filter.

Great Product. Filters looked good, high quality. The only thing was I received Merv 11 filters instead of the Merv 8 like I ordered. Will definitely buy all of my filters here.

The custom size fit perfectly in our furnace and shipped right to our door. Saved us the headache of trying to find a hardware store that had the right size (or even something close)!
