The filter is advertised as 20x23 but actualy is 19.5x22.5 . The undersizing causes air to leak around the filter that causes a whistling noise.

New house, new system!

After buying my house, I hadn't taken the time to deal with replacing the air filter. But now I can rest easy knowing that I have the filters coming every three months like clockwork and can just take care of it when I get my new filter!

16x25x4 filters

The filters are not actually 4" thick. I had to tape a 1" filter on top to make the filter fit. Will not order these again

Was happy to finally be able to find what is apparently not a common size filter for my AC. Satisfied with the fit and was able to purchase a backup supply that will take care of regular maintenance for several months.
