The fact that they give you the exact size of the filters is very helpful. 5 inches is not always exactly 5 inches as was the case with my filters. Order came promptly and the filter fit perfectly.

I was disappointed. They were kind of tacky, and the measurements were a bit off. It did not slide easily into the unit as the Honeywell variety does. No indication which side out, etc. Not a big savings either.

We have a non-standard size filter and were happy to find it available on this site at an affordable price. The reminder feature is also something that is a good feature.
