The filters themselves are great, but are slightly too thick for my HVAC units, and unfortunately even though I placed an order for a custom size, filters thinner than 1" in depth aren't an option. End of the day, not a huge issue, I was able to squish them a bit and make them fit. There was also a delay in shipping and had to call a couple of times to figure that out. But everyone was nice and respectful, and it was quickly resolved.

Should make filters the size advertised, not smaller. My filter does not sit well, its too small and get sucked in.
