I guess they are ok, haven't used them long, but they did fit. Just wonder why our stove is still spewing soot around our house, even room not nearby. It's maddening.

Buying on line makes it easier. I DON'T LIKE LOOKING FOR THE CORRECT SIZE EVERY MONTH AT THE STORE. I BOUGHT FOR THE YEAR AND DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT UNTIL THE END OF 2019. THEN THEY COME IN AUTOMATICALLY AND I JUST PAY THE BILL LOVE IT! I CHANGE IT EVERY MONTH ON THE 1ST SO EASY TO REMEMBER.

As you know the size of the filter printed on the filter is not the actual size of the filter. You guys were the only online help I could find with a live operator to guide me to the correct one. Your auto shipment program is a great way to keep me on track when it's time to swap out. And your prices are unbelievable.

Great but couldnt use promo code

Avid listener of the Ben Shapiro show, I recently bought the product for my companys office after hearing about them on the cast. While I am please with the product quality, I was not able to use the Shapiro promo code whilst placing my order. Not sure if other have experienced the same issue. Regardless, the product is functioning well so far.
