Order came quickly and fit in our furnace perfectly. Have brought filters at big box stores that were to large for opening even though they were suppose to be the right size. Very good quality.

I purchased two filters. Both were the right size but for the wrong model. Oops. I had made the mistake. Did not know that all measurements are created equal. Called and explained that they did not fit properly. They took care to help me get the right ones. Now on a subscription. I can just forget about the filters and know when they show up, it is time to change. :)

Service was excellent. I have recently installed new systems. I would like to know if I could exchange 16x20x1 as I am going to need to use a metal framed horse hair filter. Could I exchange the 16x20x1 for 20x20x1. And if so what is the procedure.

This is the only place I know of that will customize my filter size down to the 1/8" and still be cheaper.
