Product Defect

One of the pleated parts of my filter shipment was detached from an entire side of the filter frame. I reported this and have not received a response. Otherwise my experience with Filter Buy has been five star. I should have taken a picture of this defect, but my A/C maint. man had taped it shut with unremovable tape before I could get my cell phone to take a pic.

Usually convenience will cost you. Not in this case. The price of the filter is very reasonable and it is super convenient to have it show up when it is time to replace!
