The filter was actually 21.5 x 22.5 x 1. It is a perfect fit. It also appears well constructed. I was also surprised how soon I got it because it is a custom size. The price was good and comparable to the cost at home repair stores. I definitely recommend Filterbuy.

The filters are too big

The filters are too big for my unit. I guess I need something between a 1 and a 2. These I cannot find anywhere. I will need to go back to 1 and use shims to keep them from moving up and down with the cycle of the air handler.

These fit a bit loose

These fit a bit loose and slap up against the housing when the AC comes on. Otherwise they're great.It is a bit annoying that the seller sends me 3-4 emails a week asking for feedback.
