The size is perfect for

The size is perfect for the Honeywell. (16 x 20 x 5) Delivery was fast and it looks like they will work well but I will hold off on a five star until I get a few months of service. However, your service is five star - I made an error sizing the filter (16 x 20 x 4) which is what the original Honeywell filter said on the filter but the fine print said the 4 was really a 4.5 so the filter I ordered originally was too small. You corrected my mistake without a whine so you (Filterbuy) get all of my filter needs for the foreseeable future. Kudos to you.

The size was off! I wanted 17 1/4 for the short side and got 17 3/8. Had to force the filter into position by compressing it!

Due to no fault of the company, I ordered the wrong size filter. 4" was way too thick. But, their 20x25x2 was great.
