I have a Payne furnace

I have a Payne furnace which requires an unusual filter size (i.e. 16 1/4 X 21 1/2 X 1). This size is not readily available at your local home improvement store. In searching the internet I found your company with a tremendous size selection of filters. Unfortunately my first purchase was the wrong size, (i.e. 16 X 20 X 1). These did not fit at all and ended up on the bottom of the furnace. I re-ordered the 16 X 21 !/2 X 1 size and they seem to be working well, so I am extremely satisfied. Thank you. I still have four (4) of the originally purchased filters left over which I cannot use. Can I return them for a refund or credit towards my next purchase. Thanks.

At some other sellers I was required to buy a filter that wasn't quite the right size. Filterbuy offered a wider selection, and the filter fits nicely. (I was replacing an electronic filter which no longer worked, and I wanted to install the filter inside its case as suggested by the repair person.)

Wasn't sure if this site was legitimate, but I read around and tried them. Very pleased. Came within acceptable time frame considering the postal service had been behind. Good prices too. I will be ordering from them again

This was the best way to buy filters! My furnace needs a size that local stores dont carry and I go to various stores trying to find. Now I have filters for six months, saved time, and money!
