Vertical placement

Fits well. Its position is on the furnace door itself that is hinged at bottom and closes at top. Placement is on vertical front face of door. It is held by several, thick, spring wire "clips" that came with new furnace. So far, pleased with fitment.

I decided to change air filters supplier. I have ordered Merv 8 before and found out they were fiberglass made in Mexico. I found Filterbuy and they explained the filters how and where they were made. The results , efficiency and ease they could make. I now have Merv 11. We now breathe better and less dust among other things. Paper made filters best. I have lung problems and my wife has cancer. Best change for us. Thank you . DRS
