I recently bought a new house and the outside of the hvac unit indicated that it needed this size filter. I was very upset that every measurement of this filter is smaller than the size indicated. It fits very loosely. I suspect that it will not work properly.

Horrible quality

The outside frame of the filter is so flimsy that a day after you change the filter it is humming and making such a racket that it's unbearable. I even used duct tape to hold the filter in place. Very disappointed.
