Great product had a little issue got two boxes of 5 instead of one was changed for two cheaper to keep then return.

I was very impressed with the quality of the filters and that they are entirely made in the U.S. The price was reasonable as well. I had previously purchased filters from a discount filter company and they were very flimsy. Not these filters!!

Good filters, poor website

While I appreciate Filterbuy's subscription service and their quality of filters, they really need to fix a problem on their website where the user chooses the quantity of filters and recurrence of order, but if any other changes are made on the page, the system increases the order so the user will get too many filters. I hope it's just an oversight, because if this is a sales tactic to sell more filters than people need, that would be deceitful.
