These filters are absolutely useless.

These filters are absolutely useless. The foam doesn't allow the filter to slide easily into the compartment. Made the filter break down as the cardboard casing is too weak. Don't buy these.

RFID does NOT work.

I bought this from this company only because they allegedly stated the RFID tag would be compatible with my refrigerator - it is not. I tried everything to get it working - it does not. It does filter the water and fits in the fridge, but it does not reset the days of filter use.

I made a mistake in my order and Filterbuy went out of their way to make it right. Greatly appreciated, a sign of a genuine customer-oriented organization. I will not consider doing business with anyone else when it comes to filters.

I made an ordering mistake and for a reasonable fee I was allowed to get the correct size for my system they were immensely helpful in making that happen.
