The order came pretty quickly. I put my first one in with no issues. I have had a Frigidaire filter that leaked. This seems like good quality. I will order again. Price was better than many other places I checked.

I think I made a mistake and ordered 20 x 25 x 4 filters. I should have typed in 20 x 25 x 5.Does that one inch in the filter make much of a difference? So much of a difference that I should swap them out?I like your service and have recommended it to my neighbor.

The clear exterior plastic wrap

The clear exterior plastic wrap on the outside of the filter boxes was torn - thereby allowing un-wanted dust to get to my new filters - if this keeps happening, then I will b we forced to choose Loews or Minards filters
