Return air ducts make noise at sys startup-shut down

Not a major issue but when air handler system cycles we get clunk noise which suggests a higher return air restriction. Probably should have requested MERV 5 filters.Im not worried since the system has over all been working great. Will buy again upon notification. Thankyou!

Quality control needs some work. Pleats on one end of the filter were evenly spaced about every inch, but the other end of the filter was almost 2 1/2 inch. It was all glued to the frame well. If I was at a hardware store I wouldn't have bought them. Ordering online your at their mercy....

I change filters every month. The higher grade filters keep out smaller allergiins but also require AC units to work harder.
