Replace them every month in summer here in Florida, air cond runs almost non stop. Winter 2-3 months. Have been satisfied with their construction and function.

Quick, Easy and All around great product. Love that these are made in USA! I do wish you guys would tone down the follow-ups to subscribe for filter re-orders. Could you add a checkbox when manually ordering that one does not want to be contacted about renewals?

JUNK FILTERS!!

I had this feeling when I kept seeing a comment about "actual size" on the marketing to get you to buy. I have worked in the HVAC industry and using the correct size filter and that it fits snugly in it's slot is important. My furnace uses a standard size filter that is sold at all of the Big Box stores. Because I was really sick I placed an order and received 6 filters that are complete GARBAGE! Yes as this states I was to receive a 16X25X4 filter but of course that is not the size that I received and there are gaps all around the filter. The filter is of very low quality. For the same price that I paid I could have gotten (on sale) the 3M Filtrete filter which is WAY above the quality of what I received here. I am wondering if maybe this company takes all of the misfits from other companies (saves the other company in garbage removal) and then turns around and sells these to any suckers out there they can scam. This company doesn't belong in the filter business and should be shut down.
