The quality of the filters

The quality of the filters has decreased. They are slightly smaller and do not fit snug like the previous version and the cardboard frame is much flimsier. I will be cancelling my subscription and going with another made-in-the -USA seller.

Purchased 6 filters, two of which were defective. They were immediately replaced by Filterbuy. They definitely stand behind their product. I was however puzzled that of all the filters Ive purchased, these 4 in wide filters are the only ones that are only 3 1/2 inches wide and not 4 inches. Just wondering why?
