Sizing issues

As a custom built manufacturer I was very disappointed that the actual size needed was not available. I instead agreed to the suggested size which is useless. Unfortunately, I cannot return so I'm stuck with materials for the landfill. I'm blaming myself too for agreeing to your suggestion.

You changed package saying it was to help people know which filter they need, really! we are not stupid, you changed to go cheaper in materials inside and out of the filter. I still had a new last year filter I bought from you and the pleated inside is clearly thinner material but your price did not go down. You do not change packaging without lesser quality. . Sad Sad I am not stupid. . . Shame on you. Greed over quality like every company in this country you fit right in. People in America lose again. I should be used to it by now.

I have never had any problems with these filters fitting or lasting. Would recommend buying them verses spending a lot more on individual ones from a local store
