We ordered special dimensions and had a very hard time getting them in place; had to bend the cardboard but finally got them in.

The actual dimensions of the filter (16 x 25 x 5) have changed, as shown in the enclosed picture. This new filter will not fit my current configuration. Please ensure you double-check the actual size of the filter you need to confirm it will fit your unit.
