The actual size was slightly too large for my furnace. When I promptly refunded my money and told me to donate the filters. While the filters did not work for me, the company immediately made it right to my satisfaction.

The visual quality of the filters was no where near the quality of filters purchased at local retail businesses. The pleats were poorly formed and irregular with occasional local signs of crushing.

We have used these filters

We have used these filters for several months now on a new HVAC system installed last fall. We change the filter every 2 to 3 months when it gets dirty. We wanted a higher Merv rating to better filter out particles. Seems to be working well.
