Good filter but sloppy workmanship

Good filter but some have very irregular spacing of the pleats such that sometimes adjacent pleats are touching.

I was depending on the MERV 8 to be the proper size for our unit - however, it is about 1/2 inch smaller than needed. It works, but not a snug fit that I ex[edted

Good price but smaller than expected

I bought several 16x25x4 filters to replace Honeywell 16x25x4 filters. The Filterbuy filters are noticeably smaller than the same-sized Honeywell filters and they don't fit snuggly into the filter housing.
