First Time buyer. I custom ordered a 16.5 X 25 X 2 MERV 11 filter. I wanted to see if a thicker and slightly wider filter would fit my old AC unit, run a little more efficiently and clean my air a little better. It has not arrived. I contacted Filterbuy and they said they were behind. To tell you the truth, I think they just forgot. I'm not impressed. I am waiting.

Different size than my old 28 X 30 filter.

My rating 5 star rating only refers to the quality of the filter itself. The filter seems good quality for the great price. However, the filter is around a quarter to half inch larger than my old 28 X 30 filter. I had to cram the filter my furnace, but it will suffice. If you have a Carrier geothermal unit, take note, and measure your filter first. I would buy this filter again because it's a great price but will probably go back to my old filter that properly fits my furnace. Luckily, I didn't buy very many filters.

Too small

Filters are not correctly sized. I have purchased filters from multiple companies and this is the first time they were off enough that they almost fall out when unit is off. Too bad I bought 12. I think the pandemic has resulted in fewer suppliers of this size filter but I hope more are out there when I need to order again.

Filter Buy the Best

Ive had about 3 resources for my HVAC filters, but the last 2-3 years have settled on FilterBuy. Ive moved up, this order, to Merv 11 and have not installed them yet. But Im looking for good results.FilterBuy processes orders and ships quickly. Ive had orders arrive in 3 days on some occasions. Theyve given me no reason not to use them for my 5 properties.
