The movement is good. It is solid and heavy. The documentation is poor. There are only 3 programs.

Vibration Plate Part of Daily Workouts

I have only had my Rumblex 4 D Vibration Plate for just a few days but I love it! I'm on it at least once a day, sometimes two. I have used it as a pre-workout before lifting weights or at the end of my workout. My body feels more relaxed and muscles feel looser with my daily use. The lymphatic drainage that is happening is an added bonus my body will appreciate. The multiple vibration modes and speed adjustments are great and allow me to adjust my workouts. Glad to have invested in a fantastic vibration plate from Lifepro.

Haven't had time to try it, defective remote

Too soon to request a review guys, but it seems solid and it works. The included remote doesn't work, which is a big loss. We changed out the battery, tried a new one, tested both batteries, and can't get the remote to work, but the plate works.

Power Cord Won't Fit

The power cord it suppose to "click" into place and it will not.
